Reframed: Rewire Your Thoughts
iPhone / Forme et santé
Catch the thought and break the pattern.
For overthinkings and the self aware.
You know the voice. The one that says you're not good enough. The one that jumps straight to the worst case. The one that takes a single bad moment and spins it into proof that everything's falling apart.
Sometimes you can even name it. That's the strange part. You see the pattern, and it still wins, because knowing a thought is distorted has never been enough to stop it. The loop is just faster than you are.
Reframed is the pause. A few minutes a day to catch the thought, name what it's actually doing, and write a version that's truer than the one your brain handed you on autopilot.
It's built on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, one of the most studied approaches to how thoughts shape what you feel and do. But you'll never have to think about that. The app does the translating. You just answer.
How it works:
Start with a short quiz that maps how you actually think: where your energy comes from, how you process, how you decide, how you handle structure. Everything after that is shaped around you. Your daily prompts, your reflections, your cards, and your insights aren't generic advice. They're built on your patterns.
One prompt a day, a couple of minutes. Over time, Reframed shows you the traps that keep coming back, the emotions that show up most, and exactly where your mind gets stuck. Caught in a spiral right now? Log the thought as it happens, spot the pattern underneath it, and rewrite it. Naming it is often enough to take the edge off.
The Cards tab is a feed of reframes and affirmations matched to how you think. Swipe right on the ones that land, left on the ones that don't. It sharpens the more you use it.
Yours, and only yours:
Everything stays on your device. Your thoughts, reflections, and quiz results are never uploaded, shared, or stored anywhere else. There's no account required to be honest with yourself.
Reframed isn't therapy, and it doesn't replace professional support. It's a daily practice for people who are done just noticing their patterns and ready to start changing them.
