Rep Looper Pro is an exercise/activity timing app. Dial up the duration of each rep (repeat activity), the pause between reps and any rest time between rep/pause sets and hit the GO button. You’ll get a Ready-Set-Go audio countdown for each set and a 3-2-1 audio countdown for each rep, pause and rest component. Dials are locked while you workout but press STOP at any time to dial up new times and start again.

The orange screenshot shows an example with the dials set for a rep of 45 seconds (of pushups or similar), a 10 second pause between reps, repeated 4 times. This is then followed by a 3 minute rest before looping again for another 4 rep cycles. The total time for this workout would be 13 minutes and 20 seconds.
