REVEL FIT CLUB It is a strength based, high intensity interval group training studio w/ lockers, showers, towel service and a smoothie bar. We host 50 min classes, on the hour. Clients alternate between the treadmill and the floor. If you are not feeling the cardio that day, you can always double down on the floor. Each day of the week is a different muscle pairing. We change the schedule every 12 weeks to keep the body guessing and so that you are never plateauing. During class we utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, medicine balls, the FitBench and TechnoGym treadmills. Our treadmills have regular, sled and parachute mode so that we are always working strength, power, and endurance. There are TVs throughout the room to assist with proper form and technique and so that you are never lost. Our trainers are the best trainers in San Diego. They write their own workouts, pick their own music, and have their own style. The best part about REVEL is that you will see and feel the results while having fun along the way. The music is loud, the lights are low, leave your worries at the door and you are good to go!
