The Rock Prodigy Hangboard Trainer by Trango provides workout guides & timers based on the Rock Climber's Training Manual protocol and is designed for Rock Prodigy Hangboards: The Rock Prodigy Natural, Rock Prodigy Pivot, Rock Prodigy Forge, and Rock Prodigy Training Center.
Featuring 3 different levels of difficulty and 2 Pivot specific workouts, the Hangboard Trainer app will provide you with a complete guided workout, covering hang & rest timers with hold-specific photo references, making it easy to switch between grips. Additionally, you can build custom workouts, selecting different hold options to make your ideal session! And finally, use the built-in interval timer to manage non-hangboard workouts to optimize your training off the board.
The updated app also features brand new workouts designed to function with the specific rotational process of the Pivot Board which will let you train more efficiently than ever!

Lots of new features in this update!
* Added ability to create and save multiple custom workouts (5 custom workout slots). These workouts can feature holds from different hangboards in the same workout.
* Added ability to enter how much resistance was used during each workout set via a non-intrusive “enter resistance” button.
* Added ability to view past workout data. This data would include how much weight was used in previous workouts as well as total workout time.
* Added ability to see data in various time scales, such as “Daily”, “Weekly”, and “Yearly”. The data is shown in a line chart format. You also have the option to view the data in a tabulated format instead in order to see the actual numbers.
* Share Workout Results: After a workout, you can easily share details about your workout to others.
* Fixed bug where timer stops if you exit the app during break time.
