SaanSook, the health application, will assist you in living a holistically healthy life by tracking your eating, exercising, sleeping, and relaxing activities. The main features are body status displays in each aspect with a recommendation system, meals based on photographic recordings with nutrient and energy interpretation, exercise or participation in various challenges, including connecting to smart devices that tell you the level of movement to your fitness level.

SAANSOOK was developed under the cooperation of the ThaiHealth Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) and King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) along with respective partners.

SAANSOOK promotes healthy status and raises awareness of holistic health care with recommend personalized health and behavioral modification content for having a healthy mind and body.
