App "Saglamligim" is aimed at ensuring the integrated patient care, education, and awareness. It provides detailed information about medical conditions and diseases – by browsing through its of Disease & Conditions or by using search engine to look it up.
Online, patients can use "Saglamligim" to learn about various diseases and clinical conditions and their latest treatments, look up information on a drug or supplement, find out the meanings of words, or view medical videos or illustrations and get links to the latest medical research or find out about clinical trials.
The app content has supervised health information in categories like health and wellness information, genetics, information on drugs and supplements, medical tests and diagnostics.
The app is aimed at promotion of participatory medicine, a process in which patients shift from being mere observers and receivers of care to responsible drivers of their health, and in which healthcare providers encourage them and value their engagement and role in care as full partners.
