The Sam B. Cook Healthplex at Capital Region Medical Center is Jefferson City’s only hospital-based wellness center. We offer a wide range of member and patient services to improve your overall health and well-being. At our Fitness Center, you’ll find group fitness classes, including the popular Les Mills programs, personal training and weight loss programs in addition to a fully-equipped cardio and weight-lifting studio.
