SimpliHere for Caregiving
iPhone / Forme et santé
SimpliHere’s HIPAA-ready, user-friendly mobile app provides care coordination and AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) between caregivers and individuals who are impacted by neurological conditions — including stroke, aphasia, ALS, autism and others — that negatively impact speech and mobility.
Our features (which require a separate subscription purchase to access):
•One-touch communication menu for patients with speech loss and mobility limitations to easily convey their needs and wants to caregivers.
•Simple tracking system for care coordination and managing daily tasks, along with requests from patients and loved ones.
•Patient Inner Circle enabling up four additional family members and caregivers to view Patient requests and daily tasks.
•A complete and connected care circle of professional caregivers, including home health aides, assisted living facility or nursing home staff, family members, and other healthcare providers (speech therapists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists).
•Links to communities, resources, and support for self-care and daily living.
The app enables communication for remote caregiving and serves a variety of different users including:
•Individuals who are receiving home healthcare and need to be in communication with either a family caregiver or home health aide
•Individuals who are residing in an assisted living facility or nursing home
•Individuals who are receiving care solely from a family caregiver

Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
This release focuses on making SimpliHere simpler, more collaborative, and more secure for everyone involved.
I. A New Subscription Model:
SimpliHere is moving from a one-time purchase to a subscription model: $4.99/month or $49.99/year. This change allows us to continue building new features, improving security, and maintaining the platform for the long term — so SimpliHere keeps getting better for the families who depend on it.
II. A Simpler Way to Build Your Care Circle:
The biggest change in this release is how caregivers join SimpliHere — and the answer is: for free. Only the patient needs a subscription. Once subscribed, the patient creates their account, builds their Inner Circle, and invites up to 5 caregivers. It's a simple three-step process:
1-Patient sends an invite.
2-Caregiver downloads the app.
3-Caregiver enters the invite code.
Caregivers are assigned one of two roles:
1-Primary Caregiver — receives and manages the patient's requests, helping coordinate day-to-day care.
2-Supporting Caregivers — can view requests and stay informed, so the whole team knows what's needed.
No extra subscriptions. Less friction. Faster setup. Easier coordination for everyone.
III. Now HIPAA Ready:
SimpliHere now meets HIPAA requirements, meaning patient information is protected with stronger privacy safeguards. When families share sensitive health details through the app, they can do so with confidence. Protecting personal health information isn't a feature — it's a foundation.
Looking Ahead:
This release is another step toward making caregiving communication easier, clearer, and more supportive for every patient and care team using SimpliHere.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
