Only the Sleep Number smart bed uses the science of your personal sleep data to understand your one-of-a-kind needs for continuously better sleep quality. Our exclusive sense-and-do technology accurately measures your biosignals - your average heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV) and average breath rate - throughout the night, then automatically adjusts to your individual needs, designed to continuously improve your sleep over time. See a daily snapshot of factors that measure your sleep quality – duration, efficiency and timing. Developed by sleep science experts with insights into how each of us sleeps, it connects you with your best possible sleep, night after night and through every phase of life.

SLEEP

- Wake up to your SleepIQ score every morning and compare to your average to see if your sleep is improving.
- Circadian rhythm helps you get the most from every day. Your smart bed learns your sleep schedule over 7 days and shows you your ideal bedtime, wake time and more.

- See a preview of your snoring and breathing irregularities data and effortlessly navigate between your Sleep Number app and BreatheIQ app. (After downloading the BreatheIQ app)

- Choose a SmartTemp program, scientifically shown to improve sleep quality, for effortless and individualized temperature to help you get more restful sleep. SmartTemp programs allow you to easily schedule different temperature settings throughout the night, as your needs change. Available on select models only.
