•Security/ Technical Requirements
•The application will not provide any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
•The application shall be operated by SmartHealth and SmartHealth holds complete liability over the platform.
•SmartHealth shall be fully responsible for any technical issue during contractual period and shall provide 24/7 maintenance and technical support.
•Application will be in both English and Arabic versions.
•All relevant SOPs of SmartHealth (client record retention, user access control, business continuity, back up, , data recovery, AE reporting, etc.) will be applied.
