Somnox is a huggable companion for relaxation and security, both throughout the day as well as in the night. Somnox simulates a natural, tactile, breathing motion and guides you to peace in a comfortable way. This way your mind becomes quiet and it’s easier to fall (back) asleep.

Somnox helps you sleep better without the need for medication. The Somnox has been proven effective in relieving stress and anxiety, thereby improving the quality of your sleep. As a result, you’ll feel well-rested in the morning and energized throughout the day!

We’ll help you rediscover your natural ability to sleep again. Learn step by step how to let go of rules, break through misconceptions and enjoy sleep again. This way we build towards lasting change.

- Daily sleep journal
Capture your sleep quality and thoughts in the Sleep Journal to discover how your sleep evolves over time.

Key features for your Somnox*:
- Create personal breathing programs
Set your personal preferences: change the breathing rate, ratio, intensity and duration on your Somnox for optimal sleep.

- Breathing exercises
Breathe in, breathe out: do a breathing exercise during the day or at bedtime when you need to relax – choose from one of the pre-programmed breathing exercises or create your own.

- Activate Somnox Sense
When activated the Somnox measures your breathing with sensors and automatically adjusts to slow your breathing rate.

- Soothing sounds
Choose your favorite soothing sounds: you can choose from any of the Somnox sounds, such as meditative music, nature sounds or noise.

- Stream your own music
Stream your favorite music and sounds: such as meditations, breathing exercises, podcasts or audiobooks - directly via Bluetooth.

- Receive updates for Somnox
Over-the-air updates: add new features to your Somnox by installing new updates via Wi-Fi.
