SoulBody Fitness delivers a method of BARRE, HIIT, and YOGA SCULPT classes that are smart, results-driven and addicting! Delivered by the Directors and Top Trainers of SoulBody, you will feel stronger, healthier and completely engaged with workouts that match the demands of your schedule.

The programs are designed for all levels with your choice to turn it up or dial it down. New classes are added weekly to keep you engaged and coming back for more!

Barre + Unhitched Classes:
SoulBody Barre and Unhitched are unique methods that are more athletic and fusion based in approach than other traditional barre classes. The formats blend dynamic upper and lower body movements to effectively and efficiently tone and strengthen the entire body. From Warmup to Final Stretch the class creates a mindfully intense, seamless flow that will challenge the body from the inside out.

Power Classes:
SoulBody Power is a 30 minute cardio blast! It's a fun and effective format that combines blocks of Tabata with body sculpting exercises to create that perfect BURN! This is a one and done class with no props…just your body and commit!

ZenBurn:
SoulBody ZenBurn is a total-body, yoga-infused workout with vinyasa flows, cardio surges, and sculpting work designed to incinerate calories, build endurance, and promote mindfulness. You can choose your own intensity…so meet us on the mat!

- Equipment for classes can be purchased on the SHOP page.

- Subscription is monthly or yearly – you choose. And to make sure you are completely satisfied, we offer you one week on us!

- Your subscription is yours to manage. You can cancel at any time…although we would hate to see you go!



• If a free trial is offered that amount of trial days are free, cancel within trial to not be charged.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
