As a Southwest Functional Medicine patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Southwest Functional Medicine provider. Communicate with Southwest Functional Medicine in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
This app is connected with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, exercise minutes and other parameters directly with the app.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for Southwest Functional Medicine patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Southwest Functional Medicine patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Southwest Functional Medicine uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
