Developed by elite strength coach John Pryor and physiotherapist Leigh Egger, the SPP library gives you access to 5 levels (white belt to black belt) of specialised functional training to develop greater speed, agility and movement efficiency. The content is heavily influenced by leaders in the field of athletic development such as Frans Bosch, Vern Gambetta and many others.

In essence, the content marries strength and coordination for the purpose of better movement.

· 5 levels of core strength and trunk stabilisation (white to black belt)
· 5 levels of hip strength, hip lock and pelvic control for better movement (white to black)
· One touch Quick Program feature that allows you to develop individualised progams in seconds
