What is SPRNG:
SPRNG is a mobile and web application, designed to help both health and fitness companies and coaches, scale their business. SPRNG enables clients to reach their fitness goals by keeping them engaged with their fitness coaches.

Who is SPRNG for:
Only clients of fitness professionals that use SPRNG, may use this app; clients must also have an online account to use SPRNG.

-View coach driven newsfeed
-Attend scheduled Zoom calls with your coach
-Access and utilize recipes created by your coach
-View on demand videos provided by your coach
-Access workout plans provided by your coach
-Track your fitness journey and take before and after photos
-Communicate privately with your coach via DMs

Please Note: SPRNG is a companion app for health and fitness companies and coaches, that use the SPRNG multi-tenant platform. If you are a client, please reach out to your coach for your account information, so that you may login to the app.
