START MODE
Block Start Automation – A race-like experience at practice!

Practice block starts with our guided block start training system. Follow voice commands to get into the blocks, get Set and fire at the sound of the Gun.

Practice reaction time by selecting a random amount of time between the 'Set' command and the Gun. You have control over your workout.


WORKOUT MODE
A stopwatch designed for track practice

Finally, the Apple Watch can be used at track practice. Just tap the screen to start the watch!

Track your rest time, heart rate and number of reps with our Rest screen. Every detail about your workout can be recorded.

See a detailed breakdown of each workout including times, speed, heart rate on the Workout Log on the Startgun mobile app.

Startgun integrates with Apple Health to record heart-rate data and sync workouts.
