StretchApp 2 contains a library of nearly 100 stretches specifically for OPTP's Stretch Out Strap, TRUE's Stretch cage, foam rollers, or no equipment at all.

StretchApp 2 will run your saved routines and coach you through them with audio and visual cues.

StretchApp 2 can track the time you spend stretching via HealthKit.
