WHY REFLECTION
Reflection is extremely powerful. When you give structure to your thoughts by writing them down, you’re telling your own story. This self authoring is a crucial practice. We need to be sure of our stories to make sense of where we want to point them. Reflection is at the heart of Sundayy, but the shared practice is what makes it special; you’re starting off on a journey alongside your friends and family.

WHY ONCE A WEEK
Too much time is spent thumbing through traditional social media platforms, yet we stay on them to stay connected. Sundayy helps you to write in the present moment, and share in the practice of reflection with friends. By saving reflections until the end of the week, Sundayy gives you your life back, away from screens. At the end of the week, on Sunday, you'll be able to look back on your friends and families week as they lived them; day by day, in their own words.
