Sweaty Hat - Breath helps you practice structured breathing rounds with a simple, focused timer on iPhone and Apple Watch.
Set your breath pace, choose breaths per round and number of rounds, then follow clear on-screen cues with optional haptics to stay in rhythm. During breath holds and recovery, the timer keeps things straightforward and easy to follow.
What you can do
