CPSI is an internationally recognized organization that provides healthcare and related services to thousands of customers in the United States and worldwide. The application is a turnkey video telehealth package that also provides a pre-appointment protocol to help the patient and doctor prepare for their virtual visit and enables an ongoing telehealth relationship with patients. Talk With Your Doc includes separate portals for both patients and their providers.

The patient portal allows the patient to fill out a screening survey, complete an initial questionnaire, and provide information about their underlying conditions and device readings (such as blood sugar). The patient portal also provides a suite of tools including health journals, integration with home health devices, and a list of tasks that the provider would like the patient to complete. The application includes a health journal for reporting the patient’s temperature and other information at doctor-directed intervals.

Connect your account to Apple Health to pull vital signs and activity related data from your personal devices right into Talk With Your Doc.

The provider portal enables the clinician to review a patient’s health profile and prepare for the virtual appointment. It also provides alerts and updates to the clinician following the appointment.
