Established in 2018, TAPOUT GYM is part of the Houston for Documents Clearance Services Partnership Company located in Garden Plaza Mall – Budayia, It’s the one of the largest co-ed fitness centres school in Bahrain,and equipped with the most hi-tech weight training machines and cardio fitness equipment. TAPOUT GYM is a martial arts & gym that was founded on the philosophy of teamwork. There is no one person that makes TAPOUT GYM great, it is a team of many talented and caring instructors and students that make TAPOUT GYM the best. Martial arts, Fitness and life are like this as well. At TAPOUT GYM, we want our Members and students to have access to seasoned and accomplished coaches from the variety of specialties which make up martial arts. We pride ourselves on having some of the nicest facilities in the country combined with a large staff of highly experienced instructors. We have one location only in the greater area with classes for men, women and kids. Our programs include mixed martial arts, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Fitness, Bodybuilding and more, inside and outside the TAPOUT GYM.

The goal of TAPOUT GYM is to help our members and students develop, grow and improve both physically and mentally through progression in martial arts, kickboxing, and fitness training. We strive to accomplish this by offering the highest quality of innovative, enjoyable martial arts and fitness instruction in a fun, clean, safe and positive environment. Our aim is to encourage individuals and families to lead healthier lifestyles, and to assist them in reaching their martial arts and fitness-related goals. We seek to touch the lives of as many individuals as possible with the positive benefits of the martial arts.
