Personalised nutrition
Use the macro calculator to set your nutritional goals – your calories and macros are set on a daily basis and can be changed throughout your TAS FIT journey as you progress.

Choose from hundreds of recipes – regular, vegetarian or eggetarian. Save your favourite meals and swap out any you don’t like. Once your meal plan is set for the week, the app will produce your personalised shopping list.

Community – support from my personal team and the other members
You get access to my private Facebook group where we can connect and you can share tips, goals, motivation, frustrations with the rest of the community. The positivity is amazing!
