TurneRound Fitness is a Semi-Private and 1on 1 Personal and Functional Training Studio catering for all fitness and mobility levels located in the Melbourne suburb of Seddon.

Our focus here is on the individual. Whether your goals involve activating and releasing tension in the right muscles to be pain free. Increasing strength and power, sport specific, mobility or weight loss, we will work together to achieve it. As such, all clients must first meet with one of our Master Functional Trainers for a FREE Consultation to customise your TurneRound experience.

After that, we have the choice of the following sessions.

Semi-Private: These sessions are capped at 4 people. Although you will be training with other members the TurneRound community, you will have your own customised program to suit your goals and needs. These run for 45 min

1 on 1: The Premium Personal Training experience. Together with a Master Functional Trainer you can work towards your goals. These run for 60 min
