Ultimate Athlete Project
iOS Universel / Forme et santé
Train smarter for ultimate. The UAP app delivers periodised strength and conditioning programs designed specifically for ultimate athletes — from off-season base building through to competition taper.
STRUCTURED TRAINING PLANS
Follow week-by-week programs that build through phases: off-season strength, pre-season conditioning, in-season maintenance, and taper. Each workout tells you exactly what to do, with sets, reps, and rest periods laid out clearly.
WORKOUT EXECUTION
Log sets with big, easy-to-read weight and rep controls. Rest timers notify you when it's time to go again, even if you switch apps. Watch exercise demo videos and read coaching cues without leaving your workout.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
See your lifetime stats, training history, and per-exercise performance. After each session, get a summary with total volume, personal records, and how your work stacks up.
PLAN YOUR SEASON
Set a peak date for your target tournament and the app structures your training phases around it. Adjust as your season changes. See your full programme timeline at a glance.
WORKS OFFLINE
All your data syncs locally. Train in the gym, at the field, or wherever you are - no signal required.

Baseline tests measure where you're starting from, so you can track real progress over time.

Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
New:
+ You can now add personal notes to any exercise during a workout: tap the pencil icon to jot down observations, form cues, or reminders that carry over to future sessions
+ After completing several workouts, you may see a quick "How are you finding the app?" prompt, with ways to leave a store review or direct feedback to us.
+ The app now checks for new versions on launch: a gentle banner suggests updating when a newer version is available
Improved / bugs-fixed:
A couple of small things were improved, e.g. the buttons for Cues and Demo videos are clearer in dark-mode, completed set checkmarks less distracting, etc. But the bulk of the work was in bug fixing. The "What's New" screen now links to the full changelog so you can browse the complete history of updates, if that's your thing :)
