The free-to-download Unity Centre app is the quickest, easiest way to browse and book all your Unity classes and spa appointments at the Unity Centre in Lewes, East Sussex.

CLASS BOOKINGS
View class and workshop schedules, and sign-up for classes that include yoga, Pilates, dance, meditation and more, in our beautiful main Sycamore studio and the unique Unity Pilates Studio, and sometimes elsewhere.

SPA APPOINTMENTS
Check availability and make appointments for a wide choice of remedial and holistic massage therapies and facials with our fabulous, highly skilled and experienced therapists.

And book time in our wonderfully restorative, utterly unique floatation pool and our therapeutic infrared sauna.

Or choose a combination of spa therapies, with packages lasting from two hours to a full day.

THE UNITY CENTRE
The Unity Centre is a gorgeous and lovingly renovated, landmark spa and studio in the heart of Lewes, East Sussex, opened in 2019. We boast two beautiful studios, where classes are led by our highly skilled and experienced teachers and where our Sycamore studio is said to be the loveliest in southeast England. We also have two calming and restful treatment rooms, our large and open floatation pool (so very different from a flotation tank or pod) and our therapeutic infrared sauna with chromatherapy.

You're welcome to book single classes and appointments or become a Unity member and enjoy a range of substantial membership benefits.

The Unity Centre is run by Unity Lewes CIC, a local, not-for-profit community interest company that uses any surplus income, together with grants and donations, to run wellbeing projects for disadvantaged or marginalised members of the community, and to subsidise classes and services in the interests of financial inclusivity. Unity is committed to equality of access and opportunity for all.

The Centre is also home to the Unity Professional Training School and Unity Retreats.
