Valentis Health is a general practice health service giving you access to a family doctor. We are committed to bringing back the basics of primary healthcare by providing you and your family the confidence and reassurance of a family doctor on location or on the phone. You will be able to book appointments, consult and have access to your health data conveniently from your phone using the Valentis Health App.

The Valentis App will be your ultimate health monitor. Through it you will be able to:

Access and update your healthcare data from your phone
1. Your Health Profile – Current medications, known health conditions, allergies, family medical history, social history, record of surgeries, vaccinations and past hospitalizations.
2. Health trackers –a comprehensive log of your mood, sleep, diet and nutrition, vital signs: blood pressure, blood glucose, pulse, temperature and general well being.
3. Medical reports – View and upload medical reports- images, PDFs

Valentis App syncs information from Health App directly into the PHR.
