STEP COUNTING:
When connected via Apple Health, Vantage Fit reads your step count data from your device’s internal motion coprocessor and your HealthKit Data
Vantage Fit also tracks your activities using the GPS signal on your phone. continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
GPS:
Vantage Fit uses GPS data to track your outdoor runs and other workouts. During an outdoor workout session, Vantage Fit tracks your location even in the background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
CAMERA & FLASH:
While measuring your heart rate, your phone’s flash and camera are used to measure your heart rate.
