The Vantage Wellness mobile app is now available to anyone currently enrolled in the Vantage Wellness Program. If you are not enrolled, you can sign up for the Vantage Wellness Program and start tracking your health habits in the palm of your hand!

How does the Vantage Wellness Program work?

The Vantage Wellness Program is designed to encourage employees to get healthy and stay healthy. Vantage Wellness is a simple way to earn points and get rewarded by tracking your exercise, becoming tobacco free, maintaining a BMI below 30 and watching educational wellness videos. We also have nutritionists and tobacco cessation coaches available by phone, email or at one of our Affinity Case Management Clinics at no cost to members.

Programs offered:
•Health Maintenance – For those who do not use tobacco and are at a healthy BMI
•Tobacco Cessation – For those who need to quit using tobacco.
•Weight Loss – For those who need to lose weight.

This app allows you to keep track of the following weekly tasks:
•Exercise log
•Educational videos
•Tobacco use
•Weight

Completing these weekly tasks increases your chance to win quarterly prizes!
