Velo 5K is a 9-week running program built for complete beginners. It takes you from your first shaky jog to running 30 minutes straight — no experience, no fitness base, no idea what you're doing required. Just press play and go.
THE PROGRAM
27 guided workouts across 9 weeks, three runs a week. Each one is 25–30 minutes with a warmup, run/walk intervals, and a cooldown. The intervals get longer as you get stronger. Week 1 starts with 60-second runs. Week 9 ends with a continuous 30-minute run — your first 5K.
VOICE-GUIDED EVERY STEP
A coach in your ear tells you exactly when to run and when to walk. Choose a male or female voice, adjust the volume, or mute it entirely. Your music keeps playing between cues — Velo 5K ducks the volume during coaching, then brings it back.
APPLE WATCH SUPPORT
See your current interval, time remaining, and heart rate on your wrist. Pause, resume, or skip directly from your watch. Workouts save to Apple Health automatically.
