Live weather is logged for your location, since many people track pressure changes. Link a food app or scan meals and ingredients like sodium, caffeine and alcohol are noted in your diary.

Understand your own data. The Insights tab summarises your logged history: how often you've recorded spins, which factors tend to show up alongside them, which positions you've noted, and how you felt after each medicine.
