VOS Balance gives you the ability to objectively test, assess, treat, and retest your dizziness, vestibular, neurological, and musculoskeletal patients. Manage Vestibular, Ocular, and Somatosensory capability with VOS Balance.

VOS Balance measures postural sway, head velocity, and head range of motion during posturography testing and treatments. You now have the power to measure these parameters in any setting: clinic or home or any marketing sitting. And on any piece of equipment: walking, standing still, foam, in-ceiling rails, trampoline, or shuttle balance.

Guiding you through prompted, computerized CTSIB and Dynamic Visual Acuity(DVA) testing, this tool produces shareable/printable reports easily shared into a patient chart. Testing results automatically transition you into pre-programmed treatments based on failed CTSIB conditions and/or VOR deficits found in the DVA testing.

Treatments consist of eyes closed or visual effects using airplay/smart TV producing smooth pursuit, saccadic, gaze stabilization, and optokinetic exercises. This functionality gives the clinician a choice of target direction, target speed, complexity of backgrounds, and many more parameters. Sway, distance moved, max acceleration, peak head velocity, average head velocity, and head range of motion are displayed for each exercise rep. All of your choices and analytics are then available to you in a shareable report.

The phone holder allows the phone to be magnetically placed in between the shoulder blades to accurately measure the patient’s sway. The adjustable head tracker is used to produce head movement analytics.
