Washoku Plus makes practical meal planning more visual, playful, and personal.
Explore Japanese, Korean, Mexican, Mediterranean, Vietnamese, Thai, vegetarian, and familiar American meals. Browse illustrated recipe cards with ingredients, preparation steps, estimated nutrition, prep time, and a Washoku structure score.
Swipe right to save a recipe to My Recipes or swipe left to discover the next one. Saved meals become preferences for future weekly plans, helping the app suggest dishes you’re more likely to enjoy.
In Sprout Kitchen, choose cuisine-specific ingredients, bring in ingredients from other cuisines, assemble a dish, and reveal your creation. Your score reflects balance, ingredient choices, and how long it took to build.
Washoku Plus also includes allergy-aware guidance, meal logging, flexible planning, favorites, progress insights, HealthKit integration with permission, and calm encouragement from Sprout.
Nutrition values are educational estimates and are not medical advice.
