WellU is an engaging app that provides mental training and coaching in an easy and accessible way.

Athletes and coaches need to sustain mental training at all levels of performance. This is the essence of WellU and why licensed and certified mental coaches, Ami Strutin-Belinoff and Brian Alexander, created WellU.

Similar to physical training, mental training must be practiced systematically. Without proper guidance, an athlete’s mental game defaults to natural tendencies from physical practice that often impede peak performance. Today's competitive culture demands extraordinary standards in an athlete's training regiment. To meet these standards and set yourself apart, you must train your mind to develop a mental edge.

In the WellU mental training programs, Ami and Brian have designed educational and experiential exercises to meet athletes where they are in their mental and physical development. WellU allows athletes to determine their training journey through self-assessment tools and evidence-based goal setting structures. Through WellU, athletes can also review their goal progress and create a road map to realizing their dream performance goals with optional one on one mental coaching video sessions.

WellU mental training is a resource in your pocket always available exactly when athletes need it. Designed by combining tried and true techniques with the latest sports psychology research and training, WellU will continue to evolve to provide the tools needed to reach and sustain peak performance.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renew by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
