This version of Workout Calc works on an iPad, can use metric units, has no ads, a redesigned UI with explanations for many values and several new calculations that are more relevant to helping you achieve your best results on a bike. There is also Health app integration (iPhone only) which will allow you to send your bikeride to Health as a workout.
You'll be able to get an idea of how many calories you burn, your average power output and your VO2 max for a bike ride. To help you ride better this app will help you determine how many calories you can eat to reach your ideal body weight.
Calculations provide an approximation and are meant to be a guide. To get actual values for calories, power, VO2 max etc... special instruments are required. PLEASE be smart about all this. These formulas are meant to give you an idea of how to attain your goals but are not a substitute for professional advice. See a medical professional before starting any weight loss regimen.
