With X Factor, it takes only a few seconds to record your daily weight, calories eaten, and activity calories. And with Health Integration enabled, active energy calories are imported automatically from HealthKit. The powerful Target Weight feature lets you set calorie and weight targets to see how your weight will change with different calorie balances.
Once you've entered your calorie balance for a few days, the Accuracy feature compares the calorie balance data you've entered against the calories associated with changes to your weight, making it easy to verify that your data is correct.
