We do this by rewarding the energy value people generate with real-world valuable assets, for instant gratification and bursts of motivation.

Then we add on top of it a layer of machine learning and gamification principles to enforce positive, life-improving habits.

Our product consists of two components:
1. X-Wrist Wearable Band (Hardware)
2. X-Wrist Mobile App (Software)

If you don't own a X-Wrist band you can select Apple Health as your data source and sync your steps, distance and calories with the X-Wrist App

The X-Wrist Wearable Band measures the energy value you generate from health & fitness activities and sends the data to the mobile application.

The X-Wrist App acts as a digital personal coach that adapts, motivates and inspires you to build healthy habits. It gathers the measured data from the band, intelligently processes it and rewards you for your progress.
