Take control of your yoga practice by customizing the classes you take.

Created by Alex Diehl (who has taught thousands of yoga classes, led teacher trainings, and mentored yoga teachers), Yogable is the closest thing you can get to a private instructor that lives in your pocket.

Choose Vinyasa Flow or Restorative yoga (or a combo of both), select the part(s) of the body you’d like to focus on, how long you’d like your class to be as well as the intensity, set an intention, select your own music, and more. Yogable helps you prioritize the most important thing about your yoga practice — you!

A portion of the app is available for FREE for anyone to use, without the need to input credit card info or sign up for a trial period. There’s a lot to explore within Yogable, so take your time. Check out a few of our features below:

CREATE A CUSTOM CLASS
With just a few clicks you can create your own customized yoga class, tailor-made to whatever you need in any given moment. Choose from one of the options below:
• Class Wizard is the simplest way to create your custom class. Just answer a few questions & Yogable will take care of the rest. Great for when you want to take a hands-off approach, or if you’re new to the app.
• Guided Creation gives you a little more control. It helps teach you the foundation structure of our Yogable classes & gives you the ability select the specific segments you want. This is the perfect bridge to prepare you for Manual Creation. Think of it like training wheels.
• Manual Selection gives you complete control. Follow the Yogable structure, or don’t! You can combine elements from different styles of yoga, re-order the segments, and make your classes as long or short as you like. Here’s where you can get your hands messy & really get creative.

SIGNATURE YOGA CLASSES
These well-balanced classes are perfect for when you want to dive right in. Ranging in format, focus, intensity & duration, each Signature Class has a corresponding Spotify playlist so you can get the full experience of taking one of Alex’s classes.

REVISIT YOUR PAST CLASSES
• Favorites: You can bookmark your favorite custom classes, as well as give them a title and description, so you can conveniently revisit them whenever you want. Going to be somewhere without internet for a while? Create a few classes ahead of time & download them to your favorites for easy access whenever.
• History: Ever taken an awesome class and then completely forgotten how to find it again? Your class history keeps track of each class you take, as well as any ratings or notes you might put down, so you can not only remember when you were last on your mat, but also you can see what exactly you liked about it.

BLOG POSTS
Dive a little deeper into the mental & self-reflective aspects of your yoga practice with Alex’s blog posts written specifically for Yogable. These are a great way to get you thinking about how to expand your yoga practice off of the four corners your mat so that the rest of your life can be shifted positively as well.
