Youdowell App helps you to sustainably optimize your metabolic health.

OBJECTIVE
You define your own goals such as well-being weight, waist / hip ratio, minutes of movement / day, sleep quality, energy level etc. ... Based on these goals and your feedbacks, your plan will be continuously adjusted.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Plan your individual activities in the diary so that the app can automatically calculate your energy balance. A variety of workouts / exercise videos are available to you as well as all imaginable sports and everyday activities. Or you simply enter your own activity with photo / video and description for automatic calculation.

NUTRITION
If you log your food intake your energy balance will be calculated continuously. You can either search for specific foods or recipes, or you can simply upload a photo of your meal, define the portion and everything will be calculated.

Coming soon: You can enter your personal diet using your preferred macronutrient definition.

VITALS
You can enter a variety of vital data (including blood values), which will help you track your progress based on hard facts. Graphs outline the trendline of your entered vital dates.

INTEGRATION OF EXTERNAL TRACKER DEVICES
Coming soon: You can have this data imported directly into your diary by synchronizing with the most important health and fitness trackers.

PROGRESS TRENDS AND OVERVIEW
Based on your objectives and your feedbacks, you can see the most important health values in a summary allowing you to keep the overview about your overall metabolic health progress.

COACH CONNECTION
Once you receive invitation from your coach, you get automatically connected. The coach can follow your plan, can make entries in your plan and communicate directly with you through the “Coaching" area and the chat. The highest possible coaching efficiency for you and your coach.

In order to use Youdowell App, you need an active internet connection.
