Measure and enhance your focus and attention with this fun and evidence-based App. This App is a portable GYM for your mind and is perfect for beginners and experts in meditation.

The App guides you through active meditation, which is a mindfulness based technique that aims to enhance your performance in activities that require your full attention. The App also features 4 unique tests that aim to measure and track your focus and attention.

Developed by Kevin Vowles, a registered psychologist with a unique wealth of knowledge and experience from his military career as a Special Forces psychology officer, professional sporting career, and from his career as a ski and alpine survival military instructor.

Guided meditation sessions are available in different lengths of time from 8 minutes to 20 minutes and in a variety of topics to meet your needs and to fit into your busy lifestyle. Topics include:

· For the busy mind

· For business

· For sport

· For when you walk

How to use this App:

· First listen to the Introduction sound track to learn how to use active meditation,

· Then click on the Measure icon to complete the tests to measure your baseline level of focus and attention,

· Then start listening to the active meditation sound tracks (choose between a male or female voiceover),

· Then choose your favourite background music or audio track to enhance your enjoyment whilst you listen to the guided meditation tracks,

· Track your progress in performance by taking the tests of focus and attention on a regular basis.

YourMind GYM offers a convenient, high quality, and affordable means of enhancing your focus and attention in activities that require your full attention. It is designed to fit into your busy lifestyle and aims to help you in achieving optimal cognitive performance.

YourMind GYM has monthly and yearly subscription options. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew and your account will be charged within 24-hours of the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
