iOS Universel / Forme et santé
Zen Habits helps you find calm and clarity in the chaos of everyday life. Clear the clutter, focus on what truly matters, and make room for what makes you happy.
Two simple things, in one beautifully minimal app: read and breathe.
READ
Enjoy powerful articles by Leo Babauta on simplicity, health and fitness, motivation and inspiration, frugality, family life, happiness, goals, getting great things done, and living in the moment. A couple of new posts each week, formatted for a calm, distraction-free reading experience. Save your favorite articles and take them with you wherever you go.
BREATHE
Take a moment to reset with guided breathing exercises that calm you and release tension. Choose Box Breathing for focus, 4-7-8 to wind down for sleep, or Coherent Breathing for balance. Set your session length, follow a gentle on-screen guide with calming haptics, and pause or resume whenever you like.
Simple, elegant, and designed to help you slow down.

Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
This update brings a calmer way to keep your practice going, along with a smoother feel throughout the app.
You can now set a gentle daily reminder to breathe. It's completely optional and stays off until you turn it on, and you choose a time that suits you. If you've already breathed that day, we quietly skip the reminder, so you're never nudged to do something you've already done. There's no pressure and no streak to chase, just a soft invitation to take a breath when you want one.
We've also smoothed out moving around the app. Titles now behave the same way on every screen as you scroll, and the month labels in Browse are cleaner and easier to read, alongside a handful of small fixes for a more restful feel.
Thanks for breathing with us.
