Developed by Dr. Amit Sood, an internationally recognized expert in stress management and resilience, Zizo’s insights are based on Dr. Sood’s three decades of experience working, researching, and teaching hundreds of thousands of students, patients, and colleagues.

Zizo isn’t an extensive collection of quotes and motivations culled from all over. Each insight here has been carefully curetted to make sure it is practical, relevant, and works where the rubber meets the road. And many insights synthesize a large body of peer-reviewed research.

Each Zizo insight is present with an accompanying image that together communicate a helpful message.

Zizo insights cover a broad range of topics including stress, resilience, mindfulness, happiness, gratitude, compassion, acceptance, meaning, forgiveness, healthy living, exercise, diet, relationships, sleep, focus, curiosity, aging, success, productivity, self-worth, loneliness, spirituality, and more.

Zizo provides you insights in units of five. At the end of each unit, you are invited to apply one insight in your life through a variety of techniques presented in the App.
