"Army of Goddess Defense – Against Darkness" is a mobile tower defense game that combines anime-style graphics with strategic elements. Players take on the role of the leader of the Goddess Army, fighting against the invasion of the Dark Lord to save their controlled friends.
In "Army of Goddess Defense – Against Darkness," players act as the commander of the Goddess Army, controlling their character to move from left to right on the battlefield. When enemies enter the attack range, the character automatically swings their sword to attack, delivering a smooth and dynamic combat experience. During each wave of combat preparation, players can select two skills from various options to enhance their fighting capabilities. These skills not only provide tactical advantages at crucial moments but also ensure that each battle is filled with variety and challenge.
Completing mission waves or defeating enemies results in dropped gold coins, which players must walk over to collect, albeit at the risk of taking damage. This adds tension and strategic depth to the gameplay. Victory is achieved by eliminating all invading enemies within the allotted time, but the game ends in failure if the player is defeated or the magical wall is destroyed. To counter stronger enemies, players can use the gold coins earned in battle to upgrade their levels, skills, soldiers, and defensive buildings, thereby enhancing their overall defensive capabilities.
