Identification is not enough, to complete their simulation training users must become versed in risk reporting and demonstrate their ability to intervene safely when a potential risk, hazard or non-compliance is encountered.

BIOSECURITY
Biosecurity Management is pivotal in protecting people and the environment we live in from Biosecurity Risk Material (BRM) such as invasive pests and plants. Workers involved in the distribution of goods between states, into protected areas and across international borders act as a first line of defence in detecting BRM. The simulation training of these workers is paramount to reducing the risk of introducing biosecurity threats into society and reducing the cost of biosecurity related issues to a business or customer.

WORKPLACE SAFETY
Workplace Safety is pivotal in protecting both yourself and others in the workplace. This protection guards against a multitude of common hazards (e.g. slips, trips, and falls) as well as hazardous behaviours (aggression, disorientation and self-harm). Individuals involved in any workplace environment act as a first line of defence in detecting hazards, and recommending methods to reduce the level of risk. The simulation training of workers is paramount to the reduction of client/worker/public injuries, and increasing productivity/wellbeing of a workplace.
