City Chase: Catch Mr X

One of you is Mr X. Everyone else is out to catch you. Your whole city is the board.

City Chase turns real streets into a live game of hide and seek. Mr X has to survive. The detectives have to hunt them down, but Mr X only flashes onto their map for a second every few minutes. The rest of the time you're guessing where they went.

It's good for birthdays, parties, team events, or a normal afternoon with friends. You need one phone each and a bit of nerve.

HOW IT WORKS
• Draw your play area on the map. A park, a few streets, or the whole city centre. Any shape you like, not a fixed circle.
• Pick roles: one Mr X, everyone else detectives (3+ players).
• Mr X gets a head start to disappear.
• Every few minutes Mr X's location shows on the live map, then it's gone again.
• Get close enough and a detective makes the catch. Last until the timer runs out and Mr X wins.

WHY PEOPLE PLAY IT
• Your city, your rules. Draw any shape of play area, not the fixed circle other apps force on you.
• Real running around, not tapping a screen. Hide and seek at the scale of a whole city.
• A live map for every detective, with timed reveals that keep it close to the last second.
• Set your own area and game length, from ten minutes to a full afternoon.

MORE CHAOS WITH BOOSTERS
Unlock the boosted game and add 10 boosters: make Mr X vanish off the map, set traps, freeze the detectives, or reveal their location early.

Note: City Chase uses your precise location (including in the background) to run the game in real time. Keep an eye on real traffic while you play.
