Terms of service - purchase

Clean ball provides each of its account holders ("account holders") with the possibility of choosing a weekly subscription ("subscription") after a three-day (3) free trial period ("free trial period") at a price of US $3.99 per week ("price") for accessing specific services explicitly provided by the application ("subscription services").

Subscription scope
After the free trial period, the account holder will continue to access the subscription service after confirming the purchase and charging the account holder's personal iTunes account.

The subscription service will delete all advertisements for the account holder.
The account holder agrees that the price related to the subscription service is the final price and will not be refunded.

Purchases by account holders outside the United States
The price is in US dollars. If the account holder lives outside the United States and wants to download the subscription, the price will change, including the additional cost of currency exchange.

In addition, clean ball reserves the right to change and update the price and inventory of available subscription services at any time.

Termination of subscription

In addition to the following provisions on Subscription Renewal, clean ball can cancel, suspend or terminate the access rights of the account holder of the subscription service under the following circumstances:

The account holder fails to comply with the terms;
Clean ball suspects any illegal activities related to the account holder; and
Clean ball suspects some fraud or abuse.
Unless the account holder withdraws from the subscription 24 hours before the end of the week corresponding to the subscription period, the subscription will be automatically renewed. If the account holder does not withdraw, he will be charged in the next subscription period.

Account holders can directly manage automatic renewal using the features provided in their iTunes account settings.

When the free trial period or subscription period of the account holder expires, if he has withdrawn from the subscription as described above, his personal account will be closed.
The account holder acknowledges that clean ball is not required to provide a refund if there is any amount in his account. Clean ball will not make any compensation for unused currency.
