At the top of your crowd, you can see how many people you have in your crowd. Pay attention to this number because, in addition you are able to choose the amount of people you are moving. If the house is already occupied, then inside the house is going to be a fight. The one that has more people in the crown will win the house.
Keep in mind, it gets harder to control with each level as the population keep growing and moving faster to get the houses!
