Each slide of one block is called one move.

Each pack contains numbers of jigsaw pieces which can complete a jigsaw in the end.
To help find the best solution for each unblock puzzle, you can undo every single move or simply restart the whole puzzle and try some different moves.
There is a HINT function which can guide you find the best solution directly. Use it when you are blocked by the puzzle.
