Think you’ve mastered Reversi? Think again. Slothello: Strategy and Luck takes the 8x8 board game you know and throws a wildcard into the mix: The Roulette. In most Othello games, you’re fighting a cold, calculating AI. In Slothello, your greatest opponent is the luck of the draw. You might have the perfect move planned for Black, but can you handle it if the wheel forces you to play White?

How to Play
1. The Foundation (Setup Phase)
The game begins with total control. You manually place the first 6 pieces, alternating between Black and White. Use this phase to build a strong core and set the stage for the chaos to come.

2. Spin the Roulette
After the 6th move, the training wheels come off. Before every turn, you must spin the Roulette. You no longer choose your color; the wheel decides if you place Black, White, or the game-changing Green Stone.

3. Master the Standard Moves
When the wheel lands on Black or White, standard Reversi rules apply. Outflank your opponent’s pieces horizontally, vertically, or diagonally to flip them to your color.

4. The Wild Card: The Green Stone (Flip One)
Landing on Green is your ultimate strategic advantage. Instead of placing a new piece, you can select any existing piece on the board and flip it to the opposite color. Use it to break an opponent’s line, reclaim a corner, or set up a massive chain reaction.

5. Maximize the Margin
In Slothello, it’s not just about winning—it’s about dominating. Your score is the absolute difference between the two colors.

Example: 20 Black vs. 16 White = 4 Points.
The wider the gap, the higher you’ll climb on the global leaderboard!
