The purpose of the app is to use the Polar H10 cardiac monitor signal to predict if the user feels stuck on a task of is flowing through the execution of the task. The app uses a proprietary algorithm to make the prediction. None of the data is retained or sent outside of the app. Stuck Flow Meter requires a Polar H10 heart monitor to operate. The Polar is strapped on as described in the Polar H10 instructions. Once the Polar is successfully operating you can run the Stuck Flow Meter app which connects to the H10 and starts receiving data. Then the fun begins! Trying to predict if the app thinks you are stuck or in the flow. See how accurately your intuition matches the apps reading from the Polar data.
