Bug fixes and polish:

• Share The Bag: submitting scores no longer skips a hole. The result screen
now shows the correct hole number and Continue goes to the actual next hole.

• Gauntlet: going back to edit a previous hole preserves the original Gauntlet
player — no more re-rolls.

• Gauntlet: the forward arrow now keeps a hole's stored Gauntlet when you
navigate to a hole you've already played.

• Gauntlet: after editing a past hole, tapping Continue returns you to the
hole you were on before going back, instead of looping on the edited hole.

• Gauntlet: in-progress rounds corrupted by older versions are now
automatically cleaned up when opened.

• Wolf: max presses per hole bumped from 3 to 4 (stakes now stack 1x → 2x → 4x
→ 8x → 16x).
